Seeds provide healthy fats and are often cheaper than mixed nuts.
Take 0.5 liters of milk, which can be raw or pre-boiled.
Break 7 eggs into a bowl and whisk them well with the milk for 3-4 minutes until combined.
Set the egg and milk mixture aside.
In a kadhai, heat 1 cup of ghee over medium flame.
Once the ghee is hot, add 0.5 cup of semolina and roast it until it turns light golden and the raw smell disappears.
When the semolina is golden, gradually add the egg and milk mixture while continuously stirring to prevent lumps.
After adding all the milk, cook until the mixture starts thickening.
Add 1 cup of sugar and 0.5 teaspoon of cardamom powder to the mixture.
Continue to cook while stirring until the color changes and ghee starts to separate from the sides.
Add 1 tablespoon of milk powder or fresh cream for creaminess.
Incorporate chopped cashews, pistachios, and almonds into the mixture.
Once the mixture is thick and the milk has evaporated, turn off the flame.
Top with additional chopped dry fruits before serving.
