Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Season the pork tenderloin with salt and black pepper.
Wrap the pork tenderloin tightly with bacon slices, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
Sear the wrapped pork on all sides until the bacon is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for 20-25 minutes until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
In the same skillet, add diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
Add minced garlic, mushrooms, rosemary, and thyme, cooking until mushrooms are browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Deglaze the skillet with white wine, scraping up any browned bits, and let it reduce by half.
Stir in chicken broth and simmer for 5 minutes.
Finish the sauce with a pat of butter and lemon juice, stirring to combine.
Slice the pork tenderloin and serve with the mushroom sauce, garnished with chopped parsley.
