Boil water and add 150 g glass vermicelli; cook for 1-2 minutes until soft, then drain and cut into smaller pieces.

In the same boiling water, add 210 g shrimp (with shell) and 140 g shrimp (without shell) and 160 g squid; cook until done and drain.

Pour off most of the water, leaving a little, and add 200 g ground pork; add 1 tbsp fish sauce and cook until browned, about 3 minutes.

In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked glass vermicelli, seafood, ground pork, sliced onions, 30 g dried shrimp, 120 g cherry tomatoes, and 20 g cilantro stems.
