Melt 25 g of butter in a small pot.
Finely chop 5 to 6 cloves of garlic and add to the melted butter on medium to low heat.
Remove from heat when garlic changes color and let it cool to room temperature.
Preheat the oven to 150°C (302°F).
Spread garlic butter evenly on slices of sardo bread, making sure to include garlic bits.
Place the bread in the middle rack of the oven and toast for 3 minutes on the grill setting.
Remove the bread from the oven and layer with truffle goat cheese, cheddar cheese, and Sano peppers.
Sprinkle with chopped green chilies and black pepper.
Grill again at 180°C (356°F) for 7 minutes until cheese is melted.
