Start by making the stuffing: In a pot, add 5 cups of milk, 7 tablespoons of cornstarch, and 2 tablespoons of orange blossom water. Heat on high while mixing until thickened.

Reduce heat to medium and mix for a few more minutes. Pour into a pan and refrigerate for 1 hour or until cooled.

Melt 8 ounces of vegetable Crisco and spread 2.5 tablespoons in an 18 by 13-inch baker's half sheet pan.

Layer 12 sheets of phyllo dough, brushing each with Crisco. Use 2.5 tablespoons for the first sheet and 2 tablespoons for the remaining sheets.

On the 12th layer, use the remaining Crisco on your hands to pat down the dough.

Cut the dough into 4x4 squares using a ruler.

Stuff each square with about 3 tablespoons of the cooled stuffing in the center.

Fold the edges of the dough over the stuffing gently, ensuring it remains fluffy and not pressed down too much.
