Sprinkle kinder's salt blend seasoning on both sides of the ribs after the green seasoning.
Let the ribs marinate for a couple of hours (overnight is better).
Preheat the Traeger grill to 225 degrees Fahrenheit.
Smoke the ribs in the Traeger for two hours, using super smoke for the first 30 minutes.
In a bowl, mix 2 teaspoons of matus guava jam (melted in the microwave for 30 seconds), 1 teaspoon of island herb blend, and 3 tablespoons of ketchup to make the barbecue glaze.
After two hours, brush the ribs with the barbecue glaze on both sides.
Increase the grill temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit to set the glaze.
Cook the ribs until they reach an internal temperature of 170 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit, glazing them again for the last 10 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
