Start by boiling 25 liters of milk.

Wash 5 kilograms of broken wheat in 2-3 changes of water until clean.

Once the milk starts boiling, add the washed broken wheat to it.

Keep the flame high for 2-3 minutes until it comes to a boil again.

Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 35-40 minutes.

After about 20 minutes, check the consistency; it should be half cooked.

Add 4 kilograms of sugar to the mixture and mix well.

Keep the flame low and let it cook for another 15-20 minutes after adding sugar.

Once the mixture thickens, add 500 grams of coconut powder and 1 kilogram of condensed milk, mixing well.

Add 250 grams each of walnuts, cashews, roasted almonds, and pistachios, along with raisins.

Mix the dry fruits into the mixture and turn off the flame.

Garnish with additional dry fruits on top and serve.
