1

Dice one green bell pepper, one red bell pepper, and one onion.

2

Peel and devein 16 large shrimp, rinse them under cold water, and cut them into small pieces.

3

In a large bowl, add 16 ounces of ricotta cheese, 1 egg, 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, and 1 tablespoon of parsley; mix until well combined and set aside.

4

In a large pan over medium heat, add some olive oil and 1-2 tablespoons of butter; once melted, add the shrimp and lightly season with Creole seasoning and paprika.

5

Saute the shrimp for around 3 minutes until almost completely cooked, then remove from the pan and set aside.

6

In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, 16 ounces of crawfish meat, and 16 ounces of lump crab meat; add 1/2 teaspoon of Old Bay, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder; mix until well combined and set aside.

7

In a pot full of salted water, bring to a boil and add 1/2 pound of lasagna noodles; cook for 10 minutes.

8

In the same pan used for the shrimp, melt 1-2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat; add 1/2 cup of diced onions and 1/2 cup of diced bell peppers; saute for 3 minutes.

9

Add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and saute for about 1 minute.

10

Add 1/2 cup of chicken broth and 2 1/2 cups of heavy cream; mix and bring to a simmer, cooking until the sauce thickens.

11

Gradually mix in 1 1/2 cups of Parmesan cheese until melted; lower the heat and add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of pepper, 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder, 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of Old Bay; mix in 1-2 tablespoons of lemon juice.

12

Grease a baking dish with olive oil or non-stick spray; add a thin layer of sauce to the bottom of the pan.

13

Layer lasagna noodles over the sauce, then add half of the ricotta mixture, followed by half of the seafood mixture, and half of the sauce; spread the sauce evenly and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.

14

Repeat the layering process with another layer of noodles, the remaining ricotta mixture, the remaining seafood mixture, the remaining sauce, and a final layer of mozzarella cheese on top.

15

Place the lasagna in the oven at 375°F for 40 to 45 minutes; let it rest for about 10 to 15 minutes before serving.

16

Sprinkle some parsley on top before serving.
