Cut ribeye steak into strips.
Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, chili oil, sesame oil, ginger paste, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, brown sugar, and cornstarch in a bowl.
Slice garlic and add it to the sauce mixture.
Heat a Darius Cooks everyday skillet until almost smoking.
Add oil to the skillet, then add the ribeye steak.
Let the steak cook without touching it until it is golden brown on one side, then flip it.
Remove the steak from the skillet once browned.
Add sliced onion and carrots to the skillet and sauté until the onions caramelize and the carrots soften.
Add broccoli to the skillet and toss with the onions and carrots.
Return the cooked steak to the skillet.
Pour the prepared sauce over the steak and vegetables in the skillet.
Add black and regular sesame seeds to the skillet.
Add ramen noodles to the skillet and toss everything together.
