Peel the cooled bananas easily due to boiling.
Cut the bananas into bite-sized pieces.
Prepare the batter by mixing all-purpose flour, cornstarch, green chili paste, red chili powder, and salt in a bowl, adding water to achieve a smooth consistency.
Dip each banana piece into the batter, ensuring excess batter is removed.
Roll the battered banana pieces in crushed cornflakes for extra crunch.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan until hot and deep fry the coated banana pieces in small batches until light golden brown and crispy, about 2 minutes.
Drain the fried banana crispies on tissue paper and serve hot.
