Start by placing 5 cups of tapioca flour in a bowl.
Heat the milk in the microwave for 45 seconds and add it to the bowl.
Add 3/4 cup of oil to the bowl and mix everything until well combined.
Once mixed, add the eggs one by one until fully integrated.
Add 100 grams of grated Parmesan cheese and 100 grams of Gouda cheese to the mixture.
If Gouda cheese is unavailable, substitute it with any melting cheese.
The dough should have a soft yet firm consistency.
Grease your hands with a little oil and shape the dough into small balls.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (about 392°F) for 10 minutes before baking.
Place the balls on a baking sheet and bake for around 30 minutes.
Enjoy the pan de queijo while hot, and if consuming the next day, reheat in the oven for a few minutes to restore the cheese's elasticity.
