1 bell pepper

2 cans diced tomatoes (not drained)
1 tsp garlic powder
32 oz beef broth
1 cup water
15 oz can tomato sauce
4 oz tomato paste
3 cups uncooked rotini pasta
pepper to taste
2 tsp Italian seasoning
cheese (mozzarella, Monterey Jack, or Kobe Jack)

Chop 1 bell pepper and 1 onion.

Cook ground beef in a pot with the chopped bell pepper and onion until browned.

Drain the cooked ground beef mixture.

Add 2 cans of diced tomatoes (not drained) to the pot.

Stir in 1 tsp of garlic powder.

Pour in 32 oz of beef broth and 1 cup of water.

Add 15 oz can of tomato sauce and 4 oz of tomato paste to the mixture.
