1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
½ cup uncooked lasagna noodles (broken into pieces)
½ cup part-skim ricotta cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh basil for garnish
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook the Chicken: In a large pot or Dutch oven, cook ground chicken over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat if needed.
