1 teaspoon salt
3 cubes of butter
¼ cup olive oil
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
5 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce

Chop 1 head of garlic. Cook garlic with low heat until it turns golden brown.

Remove the fried garlic and put it in a separate bowl. Similarly, set aside the olive oil that was used for frying the garlic.

Combine beef, salt, ground black pepper, 2 tablespoons of olive oil from the garlic and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Let it stay for 10 minutes.

Heat a clean pan. Once the pan gets really hot, sear the marinated beef until the sides turn brown.

Add 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce and a cube of butter. Continue cooking for 3 minutes.

Add 2 more cubes of butter along with some fried garlic and onion leaves. Continue cooking until the liquid evaporates completely.

Plate the rice and place the beef salpicao over it. Share and enjoy!
