1/4 cup ghee
1/2 cup milk
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
1/4 cup chopped almonds (for garnish)
1/4 cup raisins (optional)
1/4 tsp saffron strands (optional)

Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat.

Add almond flour to the pan and roast it until it turns golden brown, stirring continuously.

In a separate pot, heat the milk and add sugar, stirring until dissolved.

Once the almond flour is roasted, pour the milk and sugar mixture into the pan.

Add cardamom powder and mix well.

Cook the mixture on low heat until it thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan.

If using, add saffron strands and mix well.
