Cook 5 slices of hot dog until done, then set aside.
Heat butter and cooking oil in a pan.
Sauté 3 cloves of minced garlic until aromatic.
Add diced white onion and sauté until translucent.
Add diced bell pepper and sauté for about 30 seconds.
Add 500 grams of ground pork and cook until partially done.
Mix in the cooked sliced hot dog with the ground pork.
Add 500 grams of uncooked elbow macaroni to the meat mixture.
Pour in 1 kg of spaghetti sauce, preferably sweet style.
Add 1 teaspoon of fine salt, 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of seasoning granules, and 1 teaspoon of dried oregano (optional).
Stir in 2-3 teaspoons of sugar and mix well.
Add 2 cups of water and stir until combined.
Cover and cook until the macaroni is al dente, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
Prepare the white sauce by melting 3 teaspoons of butter in a pan.
Add 3 teaspoons of all-purpose flour and mix until combined.
Slowly add 3 cups of evaporated milk while stirring continuously until the mixture thickens.
Once thickened, add 1 cup of grated cheese and mix until melted and combined.
In a baking dish, layer a thin layer of the macaroni mixture, followed by a layer of white sauce.
Repeat layering until all macaroni and sauce are used, ensuring the top layer is covered with white sauce.
Top with grated quick melt cheese or sliced quick melt cheese.
Bake using the broil setting until the top is golden and bubbly.
