Boil the marinated pork until fully cooked.

Chop the cooked pork into small squares.

Cut green plantains into pieces and pre-fry them.

Crush the pre-fried plantains until flat like a tortilla.

Dip the crushed plantains in salted water for flavor.

Fry the crushed plantains again until golden and crispy.

Serve the fried plantains topped with the chopped pork and optionally add pickled slaw and spicy sauce.
