Cut the breadfruit in half, then cut it in half again.

Peel the breadfruit.

Cut the breadfruit into chips, ensuring they are not too thick or too thin.

Blanch the breadfruit chips by placing them in hot salted boiling water for about 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes, remove the chips and dip them into an ice bath to stop the cooking process.

Dry the blanched chips on a separate tray.

Mix the dry seasonings (all-purpose seasoning, paprika, curry, and salt) together.

Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the dried breadfruit chips.

Heat oil in a pan for frying.

Add the chips to the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
