Vegetable oil is often less expensive and widely available.

Cut the breadfruit in half, then cut each half into quarters to make it easier to clean.

Heat 3 cups of oil in a pan until hot.

Slice the breadfruit into about 10 slices.

Once the oil is hot, add the breadfruit slices to the oil.

Fry the breadfruit slices for about 4 to 6 minutes until they are golden-brown.

Prepare the paprika butter sauce by melting 4 tablespoons of butter in a pan.

Add 2 teaspoons of paprika, salt, black pepper, and dry parsley to the melted butter and mix well.

For the second sauce, combine mayonnaise with chopped shadow benny, salt, black pepper, and lime juice in a bowl and mix until combined.

Serve the fried breadfruit chips with both dipping sauces.
