1/2 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
1/4 cup olive oil mayo
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried dill
2 stalks celery, finely diced
1 Tbsp sweet relish

Fill a large pot with water & bring to a boil.

Gently ladle each egg into the pot.

Boil 12 minutes & remove from heat.

Drain immediately & fill pot with cold water & ice.

Let eggs sit in cold water 5 minutes, or until cool.

Peel eggs under cold running water.

Slice eggs in half lengthwise & carefully remove yolks with a spoon into a medium bowl.

Mash yolks with a fork.

Add yogurt, mayo & mustard. Mix well.

Divide yolk mixture into two bowls. Add sweet ingredients in one & savory in the other. Mix well.

Spoon yolk mixture into egg white halves.

Serve topped with paprika.
