1 tbsp corn flour
¼ cup milk
750ml milk
½ cup powder milk
2 tbsp sugar
½ tsp cardamom
½ cup oil
½ cup sugar
1 cup water
desiccated coconut
pistachio
almond slices

Cut bread slices into round shapes.

Mix 1 tbsp corn flour with ¼ cup milk and mix well.

In a pot, combine 750ml milk, ½ cup powder milk, and 2 tbsp sugar, then add the corn flour mixture.

Cook until the mixture reduces to 500ml measures.

Add ½ tsp cardamom to the mixture.

In a separate pan, heat ½ cup oil and fry the bread slices until they turn brown.

Make a sugar syrup by combining ½ cup sugar and 1 cup water.

Place the fried bread on a tray and pour the sugar syrup over it.

Add desiccated coconut, pistachio, and almond slices on top.

Pour the milk mixture over the bread and toppings.

Let it sit for 1-2 hours to set well.
