Preheat the oven and prepare a baking sheet.

Spread room temperature butter on the baking sheet.

Layer 320 grams of filo pastry sheets on the buttered baking sheet, applying butter between layers.

Bake the pastry until golden brown.

In a pot, combine 1 kilogram of whole milk, 200 grams of double cream, and 300 grams of condensed milk, and mix well.

Heat the milk mixture on the stove until it starts to boil, then remove from heat.

Once the pastry is baked and cooled, break it into pieces and place it in a serving dish.

Add a mix of dry fruits including flaked almonds, pistachios, walnuts, and raisins on top of the pastry.

Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon powder and drizzle 2-3 tablespoons of melted butter over the mixture.
