120g salted butter, melted
200g Essential Condensed Milk
250ml whole milk
150ml double cream
40g flaked almonds
40g pistachios, roughly chopped
40g sultanas
Cooks’ Ingredients Rose Petals, to serve

Prepare the filo pastry by layering it in a baking dish.

Melt the salted butter and brush it over the layers of filo pastry.

In a bowl, combine the condensed milk, whole milk, and double cream.

Pour the milk mixture over the layered filo pastry.
