2 medium tomatoes
2 lebanese cucumbers
1/2 red onion
2 red radish
1/2 cup fresh mint
1/2 cup fresh parsley

cracked pepper
sprinkle red sumac
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
