4 cups mixed greens
2 medium tomatoes
1 large cucumber
3 spring onions
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
1 tablespoon sumac
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil

Cut the pita bread into cubes and let it sit outside to dry for about 20-30 minutes.

Heat half a centimeter of sunflower oil in a pan until hot.
