2 Tbsp Condensed Milk

Add ¾ cup sugar and ¼ cup water, cooking for 2 minutes.

In a separate pan, make the malai by heating 1 tsp ghee, adding 1 cup milk, and ½ cup powder milk, mixing well.

Add 2 tbsp condensed milk and cook on low heat, stirring for 5 minutes until the malai is ready.
