In a bowl, mix together Whole Wheat Flour, baking powder, baking soda, and Christmas spices.
In another bowl, cream together melted butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Add plain yogurt and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix well.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and combine until just mixed.
Fold in the soaked mixed dried fruits and nuts gently.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
