Prepare the fish by cleaning and cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
Marinate the fish with lime juice, salt, and pepper for 15-20 minutes.
Heat coconut cream in a pan over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
Add chopped onion, garlic, and ginger to the pan, cooking until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
Stir in diced tomato and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
Add the marinated fish to the pan and cook until the fish is opaque and flakes easily, about 5-7 minutes.
In a separate bowl, combine diced cucumber, carrot, and bell pepper.
Add chopped green chili and coriander to the vegetable mixture.
Serve the fish hot, garnished with the fresh vegetable salad.
