4g (1 tsp) salt
2g (1/2) chili flakes
450g (1 pounds) minced beef
450g (1 pounds) minced pork
30g (2 tbsp) butter
20g (3 tbsp) flour
500ml (2 cups) beef broth
150g (1/2 cup) heavy cream
3g (1/2 tsp) sugar
5ml (1 tsp) Worcester sauce
4g (1 tsp) salt
4g (1 tsp) pepper

In a pan put the butter and onion and fry it.

Add milk, eggs, breadcrumbs.

Add spices and minced beef and pork.

Cook it and place it in a bowl.

Put it in the fridge for 1 hour.

In a pan put the butter and add flour.

Mix and add beef broth.

Cook it for a while and add heavy cream.

Add sugar, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.

Cook it.

Scoop the balls of the meat and make balls.

Bake them at 180C for 20 minutes.

Place the meatballs in the pan with sauce.

Cook it for a while.

Serve with potato puree.
