2kg beef ribs
2 black lemon
5 persian bread (or Lebanese bread)
2-3 medium onion (red or brown)
1 whole garlic
270g tomato paste
3 medium tomato (blended)
olive oil
7 small potato
4 carrot
6 zucchini
20 curry leaves (optional)
2 black lime (optional)
2 tbsp curry spices
1/2 tbsp turmeric
salt

Fry onion and garlic in 4 tbsp olive oil till golden.

Add black lime and curry leaves.

Add beef ribs and fry till brown.

Add oil if needed.

Add spices, 1 tbsp salt, tomato and mix well, fry for another 5 minutes on low fire.

Add 2L boiling water and boil for 1 hour on low fire.

After 1 hour add another 2L of boiling water and continue boiling for another hour.

Add potato, carrot, zucchini, tomato paste, 1.5 tbsp salt to the beef curry and cook for 30-35 minutes on low fire.

In a bowl cut bread using scissors (or use your hands).

Pour beef curry on the bread generously.

Place beef ribs, potato, carrot and zucchini around the beef.

Serve.
