Boil lilva (green peas) until tender; place in a food processor.

Add the lilva paste, turmeric, and salt; cook until the mixture is dry.

In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of all-purpose flour with a pinch of salt and 1 tablespoon of ghee; mix until crumbly.

Add 1/2 tablespoon of soaked semolina to the flour mixture; mix well.

Gradually add water to knead into a soft dough; let it rest for a few minutes.

Take a small portion of dough, flatten it, and place a spoonful of the lilva filling in the center.
