1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 cup marinara sauce

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, milk, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Mix the ingredients until well combined, but do not overmix.

Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.

Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
