Prepare the dough by mixing 250g of farina 00, 250g of water, 10g of yeast, 30g of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of orange paste until smooth.
Allow the dough to rise until doubled in size.
Heat oil for frying in a deep pan.
Scoop portions of the risen dough and carefully drop them into the hot oil, frying until golden brown.
In a separate saucepan, combine 160g of honey, 30g of water, and 50g of sugar to make the glaze, adding 30 ml of liquor for flavor.
Once the fritters are fried, dip them in the glaze and decorate with colored sugar sprinkles.
