4 lbs pork (boneless pork shoulder butt roast)
1 tbsp cooking oil (extra virgin olive oil or any type of cooking oil)
1 large yellow onion, chopped
2 tbsp minced garlic
6 pcs bay leaves
Pinches of salt and black ground pepper (to taste)
1 cup chicken stock
2 ½ cups tomato sauce
2 cups frozen green peas, thawed
1-2 tbsp fish sauce (to taste)
1-2 tbsp sugar (to taste)
