Instructions

  1. 1Heat ghee in a non-stick pan over medium heat until melted.
  2. 2Add milk powder and mix well until combined.
  3. 3Pour in condensed milk and stir continuously until the mixture thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4Add sugar and cardamom powder, stirring until the sugar dissolves completely.
  5. 5Cook the mixture until it leaves the sides of the pan, about 8-10 minutes.
  6. 6Remove from heat and add chopped nuts and saffron strands, mixing well.

  3. 3Pour in the water and mix well until the mixture thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan.
