2 tablespoons tamarind paste
4 teaspoons garlic paste
1 teaspoon chili flakes
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon cardamom powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
2 tablespoons white vinegar
2 whole red chillies
4 cloves garlic
1 lemon
3 tablespoons olive oil

Prepare the marinade by combining garlic paste, chili flakes, turmeric powder, cinnamon powder, cardamom powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and white vinegar in a bowl.

Rub the marinade all over the whole chicken, ensuring it is well coated.

Cover the chicken and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
