Prepare pizza dough according to recipe or package instructions.
Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
Stir in ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Season with cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper; mix well.
Spread tomato sauce evenly over the pizza dough.
Layer the cooked beef mixture over the sauce.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously on top.
Add sliced bell peppers and black olives as desired.
Crack an egg in the center of the pizza if desired.
Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
Remove from oven and garnish with chopped parsley and red pepper flakes.
Slice and serve hot.
