Constantly mix the mixture. Don’t stop mixing until it thickens.

When it is almost in a dough form, turn the flame medium to low. When it is completely in dough form (where it gets hard to mix), turn off the flame.

Immediately transfer to a tray lined with baking paper to prevent sticking.

Evenly spread out the mixture and smooth it out with a bit of butter to make the smoothing process easier.

Let it cool down completely, and cut it into pieces.
