150 g Baby Corn
20 g Carrots
10 g Dried Mushroom
4 leaves, Napa Cabbage
100 g Broccoli
10 g Ginger
2 Red chili
1 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
180 ml Water
1 tsp Corn starch

Prepare the tofu by pressing it to remove excess moisture.

Soak the dried mushrooms in water until soft, then slice them.

Chop the Napa cabbage, broccoli, carrots, and ginger into bite-sized pieces.

In a pan, heat some oil and sauté the ginger and red chili until fragrant.

Add the mixed vegetables, tofu, and soaked mushrooms to the pan.

Pour in the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sugar, salt, and dark soy sauce.

Mix the corn starch with water to create a slurry and add it to the pan to thicken the sauce.

Stir everything together and cook until the vegetables are tender and the sauce is well combined.
