Instructions
- 1Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- 2Add chopped onion and red bell pepper; sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
- 3Stir in minced garlic and red pepper flakes; cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- 4Add shrimp to the skillet; cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
- 5Stir in canned white beans and chicken broth; bring to a simmer.
- 6Add bay leaves and season with salt and black pepper; simmer for 5 minutes.
- 7Fold in fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
- 8Remove bay leaves and stir in lemon juice and chopped parsley.
- 9Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- 10Serve hot, garnished with additional parsley if desired.

Instructions
- 1In a medium saucepan, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
- 2Add the orzo pasta to the boiling broth and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
- 3In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- 4Add the turkey sausage to the skillet, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- 5Add the chopped broccolini to the skillet and sauté for an additional 3-4 minutes until tender.
- 6Once the orzo is cooked, drain any excess broth and add the orzo to the skillet with the sausage and broccolini.
- 7Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and fresh parsley.
- 8Mix everything together until well combined and heated through, about 2 minutes.
- 9Serve warm, garnished with additional Parmesan and parsley if desired.
