800g Boneless chicken
1 medium Pyaz (Onion) grated & squeezed
1 tbs Adrak lehsan (Ginger garlic) crushed
2-3 Hari mirch (Green chillies) sliced
½ Cup Pyaz (Onion) fried
½ tbs Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed
½ tbs Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed
1 & ½ tsp Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed
1 tsp Garam masala powder
½ tsp Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder)
1 & ½ tsp Himalayan pink salt or to taste
¼ Cup Breadcrumbs
handful Hara dhania (Fresh coriander)
handful Podina (Mint leaves)
2 tbs Ghee (Clarified butter)
1 Cup Dahi (Yogurt)
⅓ Cup Mayonnaise
1 tbs Lemon juice
3-4 cloves Lehsan (Garlic) chopped
½ tsp Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed
½ tsp Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed
½ tsp Himalayan pink salt or to taste
½ tbs Podina (Mint leaves) chopped
1 tbs Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped

In a chopper, add chicken, onion, ginger garlic, green chillies, fried onion, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, red chilli crushed, garam masala powder, black pepper powder, pink salt, breadcrumbs, fresh coriander, mint leaves & clarified butter & chop until well combined.

In a baking tray (13x8.5 inches greased with cooking oil), add & spread prepared mixture.

Cut vertically with the help of a greased dough cutter 1.8 inch (make 9 kababs) & grease with cooking oil.

Bake in preheated oven at 200C for 30-35 minutes.

In a bowl, add yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, black pepper crushed, cumin seeds, pink salt, mint, fresh coriander & mix well.

Serve with yogurt sauce!
