28 gram Tepung Kelapa / Coconut Flour
85 gram Gula Kelapa / Coconut Sugar
60 ml Minyak Kelapa / Coconut Oil
1 sdt Baking Soda
A pinch of Kayu Manis Bubuk / Cinnamon Powder
50 gram Chocolate Chip
A pinch of PURA Fine Sea Salt

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it with cooking spray.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, honey, melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

In another bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.

If using, fold in the chopped walnuts gently into the batter.

Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.

Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let the muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
