3 slices white sandwich bread
1/3 cup milk
1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp butter
3 tbsp flour
1/2 cup beef broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp lingonberry jam
1 carrot
1 tomato
1 cup frozen peas
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp dry parsley
1 cup vegetable stock
4-5 potatoes
1/2 bell pepper
1/2 tsp Sweet Paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder

4 oz Mozzarella cheese
1 Shallot
6 oz Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup heavy cream

Grate 1 onion and add to a bowl with 1 lbs ground beef and 1 lbs ground pork.

Add 2 eggs, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp allspice, 1 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg, and 1 garlic clove to the bowl.

Remove crust from 3 slices of white sandwich bread and add to the mixture along with 1/3 cup milk.

Mix everything well with a spatula or by hand.

Form meatballs using an ice cream scoop or tablespoon.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the meatballs in batches for about 4 minutes until browned.

Place the meatballs on a plate and fry the remaining batches.

In the same pan, add 2 tbsp butter and 3 tbsp flour over medium/low heat, stirring constantly for 1 minute.

Gradually add about 1/2 cup of beef broth while stirring, then add the remaining beef broth.

Add the meatballs and their juices to the pan and simmer for about 7 minutes.

Add 1/2 cup heavy cream and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Optionally, serve with parsley and 1 tbsp lingonberry jam.
