1 kilo beef (bone & fat less)

1/2 tsp mace
1 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
2 tbsp garlic
2 tbsp ginger
2 tbsp cumin
salt to taste
1/2 cup onion
1 tbsp oil
2 cups water
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 cup fried onion
1/2 cup coriander
1/2 cup mint
1/2 cup onion
1 tbsp garam masala
5-6 green chilli
2 eggs

Let the chana dal soak overnight.

In a pot, add soaked chana dal, beef, cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaf, black cardamom, whole black pepper, laung, piper cubeba, nutmeg, mace, chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garlic, ginger, cumin, salt, and water.

Let it boil, then cover and cook until the meat is softened, stirring occasionally.

Continue cooking until the water dries out.

Blend the mixture until it becomes a smooth dough.

Add lemon juice, fried onion, coriander, mint, onion, garam masala, and green chili to the blended mixture.

Mix well and add eggs.

Grease hands with oil and form kebabs.

Place the kebabs in the freezer for 3-4 hours.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the kebabs until golden brown over medium flame.
