1 Cup salt
1 Glass water

Heat a pan on a medium flame and add salt.

Give it a mix and let it heat for 2-3 minutes.

Soak the almonds in water and remove it in another bowl.

Once the salt is heated add the soaked almonds.

Keep stirring for 5 - 7 minutes on medium flame.

You can see the almonds are roasted, turn off the flame - sieve it and remove it in a plate let it cool for sometime.
