In a bowl, crack an egg and separate the egg white from the yolk.

In a separate bowl, measure out 1/4 cup plus 4 teaspoons of Sweet Leaf Sugar Leaf and add it to the frothy mixture.

Add 1 pound of almonds to the mixture and mix until the almonds are well coated.
