Chicken liver is leaner, while pork liver is often more affordable.

Vegetable broth is lower in calories, while bouillon is cost-effective.
Remove the membrane from the beef liver using a knife to make an incision and peel it off with fingers.
Cut the liver into bite-sized cubes and transfer to a bowl.
Add half a cup of milk to the liver and let it sit for 20 minutes to remove toxins.
After 20 minutes, clean the liver and prepare to cook.
Place a pot or pan over medium heat and add a little cooking oil.
Carefully transfer the liver into the pan and fry for 2-4 minutes or until the water completely dries off.
Add red onions, green onions, garlic, and ginger to the pan and cook until the onions are soft and the garlic and ginger are fragrant.
Add spices and a crushed seasoning cube, stirring to combine.
Add tomatoes and tomato paste to the pan, then stir in a third cup of water and a little salt.
Let the liver and tomatoes simmer on low for 5-10 minutes or until the liver is cooked through.
Add green capsicum to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes, keeping it crunchy.
Serve the beef liver over rice, garnished with lots of coriander.
