1

Start by gathering the ingredients: minced lamb, garlic, ground ginger, thyme, red onion, mint, chili flakes, butter, yogurt, and mint sauce.

2

In a bowl, add 500 grams of minced lamb.

3

Add 1 teaspoon of lazy garlic (or 2 cloves of crushed garlic) to the lamb.

4

Add 1 teaspoon of ground ginger to the mixture.

5

Add 1 teaspoon of dried thyme to the bowl.

6

Chop and add 1 red onion to the mixture.

7

Add 10 grams of chopped fresh mint.

8

Add 1/2 teaspoon of chili flakes to the mixture.

9

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly for about five minutes until well combined.

10

Transfer the mixture to a floured surface and shape into kebabs about 4 inches long.

11

Take skewers (about 8 inches long) and insert them into the center of each kebab.

12

Roll the kebabs on the skewer to ensure they adhere well.

13

Place the shaped kebabs on a plate and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to 1 hour.

14

Melt 50 grams of butter in a pan over medium heat.

15

Once the butter is melted, add two of the kebabs to the pan.

16

Cook the kebabs, turning them occasionally, until they are fully cooked and browned, approximately 10 minutes.

17

In a small ramekin, mix 2 dessert spoons of natural plain yogurt with 1 teaspoon of mint sauce to create a dipping sauce.

18

Serve the kebabs with the yogurt mint sauce.
