80g broccoli florets
70g edamame (shelled)
2 Tbsp Chinese cooking wine
cornstarch slurry for thickening (2 tsp corn flour + 2 Tbsp water)
White sesame seeds for garnishing
100ml water
1 Tbsp light soy sauce
1 Tbsp oyster sauce (or vegetarian mushroom sauce)
1 tsp sesame oil
ยฝ tsp sugar
2 cloves garlic (grated)
1 tsp ginger (grated)
1/4 tsp white pepper
