all-purpose flour

Almond milk is a low-calorie alternative.
Add 4 fresh eggs into a pan.
Add 1/3 cup sugar to the eggs and mix until the sugar dissolves completely.
Sift 2 cups of flour into the egg mixture and mix until smooth.
Add margarine or butter and mix until combined.
Add 1 cup of unsweetened yogurt to the mixture.
Add 1 tablespoon of nutmeg, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, and a pinch of salt, then mix until combined.
Continue adding the remaining flour while mixing until achieving a smooth batter with no lumps.
Set the batter aside and heat a frying pan with enough vegetable oil for deep frying.
Once the oil is heated to the desired temperature, scoop the batter into the oil.
Fry one side for about 3 minutes, then flip to fry the other side until golden brown.
Remove the buns from the oil and place them on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
